We acquired retired Alaska RR caboose #1091
which was last used as an espresso late in the fall of 2024. It will continue to serve hot beverages, as well as take orders for lunches from our new grill. You will also be able to obtain your continental breakfast from the caboose order window.

Food will be prepared in our brand-new 28 foot
kitchen trailer for service into the bar for
evening meals. And as take-out for lunch.
A take-out continental breakfast will also be
found here.

Our espresso caboose, seen here when we first acquired it in Ester, near Fairbanks, Alaska, will have the beverages, including coffee, teas, juices, plus baked goods for your early-morning continental breakfast.

The cupula: Yes, it's a real caboose, originally built by Canadian National in the early 1970s, sold to the Alaska Railroad in the early 2000s, surplused about 2012, sold to the CRD in 2024 as an espresso unit.
